Farmington 500 Softball 2023 -

The Farmington 500 girls softball league supports recreational softball for girls in the Towns of Farmington, Middleton and Milton. Our recreational teams are open to all girls ages 4-12 as of January first of the current year. Our tournament level provides a more competitive environment for our more adept and dedicated player’s ages 6-12.

None of this would be possible without our volunteer coaches.

All ages are of January 1st of the current season.

Farmington 500 Baseball 2023

The Farmington 500 baseball program starts at age 4 and goes up to age 12 as of May first of the current year. The baseball season runs from the April 1 to June 25th. Tee ball runs from May 20 - June 24. All of our Directors, Coaches and Staff are Volunteers.

We will have drafts in all the divisions and coaches will be able to help place athletes in the divisions they see best for the development of the athlete. Below is a breakdown of each division.

Rookies: 5-7 years old.

This division will be coach pitch or pitching machine and is the next step up from Tball. This is for the more advanced 5 year olds, most 6 year olds and 7 year olds that need another year before moving to kid pitch.

Minors: 6-8 years old.

This division will be kid pitch until the athlete is walked and then the coach will pitch. There are no walks in this division. This is for the advanced 6 year olds, most 7 year olds and 8 year olds.

Majors 60ft: 9-10 years old.

This division is full kid pitch.

Majors 70ft: 11-12 years old.

This division is full kid pitch.
